Home Staging Services

Thoughtful styling to help your home make its best first impression

Home staging helps people see the real potential of a property. Whether you’re preparing to sell, refreshing a home before renting it out, or simply want a more polished look before guests arrive, I can create a layout and style that feels warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. My aim is to help you make the best possible impression without unnecessary cost.

Who is Home Staging For?

Home staging is ideal for everyone who wants their space to create a stronger first impression.

It’s commonly used when preparing a property for sale, but it also helps landlords getting ready to rent, holiday-let owners improving their listings, and homeowners who simply want a one-off refresh before guests arrive. It’s equally useful if you’re stuck with a layout and need a fresh pair of eyes to show how your rooms could work better.

In short, it’s for anyone who wants their home to look more inviting, without committing to a full interior redesign.

What Home Staging Can Achieve?

A staged space does more than look nice — it guides how people feel and move through a room.

Staging can help with:

  • Selling a property by creating spaces that feel brighter, more spacious, and more aspirational.

  • Preparing a rental so potential tenants get an immediate sense of comfort and practicality.

  • Holiday lets and serviced accommodation, ensuring photos look appealing and bookings increase.

  • Showcasing a refurbished room when you’ve invested in improvements and want everything to feel complete.

  • Hosting special occasions where you want your home to look its best without redecorating.

  • A confidence boost if you're unsure how to pull a room together and want a temporary “reveal” to help you move forward.

The benefit is simple: small, focused styling choices create a stronger emotional response — and that often leads to quicker decisions from buyers, guests, or tenants.

How My Home Staging Service Works

1

Initial Conversation

We start with a short discussion to understand your goal — selling, renting, showcasing, or simply refreshing. I’ll ask for photos or arrange a visit so I can see the space clearly.

2

On-Site Review

I walk through your home with fresh eyes and assess flow, lighting, focal points, and the practicalities of moving furniture or adding styling pieces. I keep things realistic and within budget.

3

Staging Plan

You’ll receive a simple, actionable plan that explains:

  • What to keep

  • What to remove

  • Which items can be repurposed or moved

  • Optional pieces that will lift the space (many clients already have everything needed)

Where suitable, I can bring in accessories, soft furnishings, or decorative pieces from my collection.

4

Installation Day

This is where everything comes together. I’ll arrange, style, position key pieces, and add finishing touches so the space photographs well and feels cohesive in real life.

5

Review & Tweaks

Once staged, we’ll walk through the space together and make any small adjustments so you’re fully happy with the result.

Cost-Conscious Styling

I always aim to use what you already have — rearranging, updating, or repurposing pieces to save unnecessary spend. If you need additional items, I’ll suggest cost-effective options or alternatives to high-end brands. Staging doesn’t need to be expensive to be effective.
